Kamervragen, de discussie, worden niet gesteld om een antwoord te krijgen, maar om voor de vraagsteller en zijn partij publiciteit te krijgen. Voor dit doel worden ook spoeddebatten bij elkaar geroepen.
Dit wordt meteen bevestigd door Tjeenk Willink, vice president van de Raad van State, die nogmaals wijst op de collectieve blikvernauwing van de door de kiezers afgevaardigde wettenmakers.
Het is overigens niets nieuw. Ex Minister Nawijn onthulde al in het eerste Kabinet Balkenende dat het Parlement “één groot ritueel” is. Kennelijk is nu Jan Peter zelf ook tot die ontdekking gekomen.
Nadat Pamela concludeerde dat de burgers wakker worden (zie hier onder) , is het een goed teken dat nu ook Jan Peter enig inzicht in deze materie krijgt.
Ik zou me maar twee keer bedenken alvorens nog eens op de adhocraten te stemmen: STEM NIET!
