DEN HAAG – VVD-leider Van Aartsen heeft zondag de Nederlanders hartstochtelijk opgeroepen tot een ‘ja’ voor de Europese grondwet. “De wedstrijd is niet over”, stelde hij zondag. Na het Franse ‘nee’ is het verdrag – Van Aartsen liet het woord grondwet na – niet weg. “Parijs schrijft ons de wet niet voor.”
Volgens de VVD-voorman is een Frans ‘nee’ “slecht voor Frankrijk en slecht voor de Europese Unie, maar het opent ook perspectief voor Nederland” . Nederland krijgt volgens hem nu de kans door een overtuigend ‘ja’ volwaardig mee te beslissen hoe verder te gaan met de Franse republiek.
“Een nuchtere politieke rekenkunde maakt duidelijk dat Nederland nu de kans heeft zijn rol als zevende natie en zesde economie in de Unie voluit de spelen.” In Nederland telt elke stem. “Kom massaal naar de stembus en stem in het belang van Nederland en de Europese Unie vóór.”
DUS, als Frankrijk JA gestemd had, zou volgens de redenatie van de heren Nederland NEE moeten stemmen.
Kan iemand nog afhankelijker van “de Fransen” / “Parijs” zijn dan deze onvolprezen superintelligente politieke rekenaars van het Binnenhof ??
Ik ga nu slapen. Kijken jullie maar bij de Radicalen of ik daar geen antwoord ontvang.

The EU-Constitution says it can only come into effect after it will have been ratified by all 25 EU-Member States.
In a referendum yesterday, Sunday, May 29, 2005, 55 % the French people who were eligible to vote and who took the trouble of expressing their opinion voted against ratification by “their” government. So the government of the French Republic will not ratify the proposed Constitution. The Constitution cannot possibly be ratified by the French Republic. The Constitution cannot be ratified by all 25 EU-Member-States. It can thus not possibly come into effect.
Still, the Kingdom of the Netherlands wants to go ahead on Wednesday June 01, 2005 with a referendum on the same subject. What’s the use of this since the Constitution cannot possibly come into effect as it will not be ratified by the French Republic?
What kind of logic is that? Is that political logic as opposed to the logic of existence?
Indien enkel Frankrijk "Non" stemt,
krijgt Frankrijk een paar uitzonderingen (geen EU-tax op wijn of
zoiets) toegeworpen en proberen ze het
binnen een jaar of zo nog eens (heeft
gewerkt in Ierland en Denemarken).Indien ook Nederland "Nee"
zegt, eventueel gevolgd door andere landen, wordt dat plan B al wat moeilijker.
Echter volgens mij is er ook een plan C.Als je de pers moet geloven, is het
gedrocht in Frankrijk verworpen omdat
het "ultraliberaal" is en gegarandeerd
krijg je ook dat thema te lezen als het overmorgen in Nederland "Nee" wordt.Als deze "grondwet" stukloopt,
zal de conclusie zijn dat de Europeanen geen "ultraliberaal Europa
voor het kapitaal" willen maar een
sociaal Europa en komt men gegarandeerd met een "grondwet" die nog meer centraliseert, nog meer
"sociale rechten" toekent, nog meer
de wet effent voor staatsinterventie vanuit Brussel.
Het Franse "non" is een veldslag gewonnen maar de oorlog is nog lang niet voorbij.
Zolang verraderlijke collectivisten zoals die Van Aartsen de staatsmacht in handen hebben,kan men van z’n Vrijheid niet zeker zijn.

Van Aartsen heeft natuurlijk gisteren al die communisten en andere links radicalen zien feestvieren in Frankrijk.
Waar ik van schrok is dat naar het schijnt heel wat nee-stemmers vanuit die motivatie nee gestemd hebben.
Ik hoop ook dat er geen onderhandelingen komen, want die kunnen nooit positief uitvallen voor de gemiddelde libertarier die wel haast als enige echt voor ene duivels dilemma staat.

Overigens is de rekenkundige logica van van Aartsen en JPB een heel simpele: "Frankrijk" laat het in de EU afweten, DUS kan Nederland op de Franse stoeltjes plaatsnemen: die Haagse rekenkundigen zullen ervoor door het VUUR gaan. Denk je niet ?

Het dilemma doet zich onder het politieke establishment voor, nog niet voor libertariers. Omdat niemand weet, hoe men ermee om moet gaan, zal het jaren duren, voor er een richting gekozen wordt.
Het lijkt het beste ondertussen de massa’s elkaar te laten "afslachten", maar je eigen libertarische boodschap gewoon voor het voetlicht en in praktijk te brengen. Hopelijk begint het na die tijd te dagen.

Schroeder en Chirac zijn dikke vrienden: ze zijn allebei Anti-Amerika en willen geen Angelsaksische invloed op het continent.
