De redactie en schrijvers van de Vrijspreker wensen u allen een heel gelukkig Kerstfeest.
Feest van het “Licht”, of de “geboorte van Jezus” of gewoon de “geboorte van een Kind” wordt op velerlei manieren gevierd. Zelfs door mensen die niet eens weten om welke reden ze feest vieren.
Het in oorsprong heidens feest voor het vieren van het begin van weer langere dagen werd door de katholieke kerk omgezet in de viering van de geboorte van Jezus, die het licht onder de mensen kwam brengen.
Je zou het ook kunnen beschouwen als de geboorte van een “kind”, een nieuwe mens met een heel onbekend leven voor zich. Een mens die zich kan ontwikkelen en gelukkig zijn. Die ook een kleinere of grotere inbreng gaat krijgen op het leven van al die mensen die er al zijn.
Bij de geboorte kunnen we slechts hopen dat het een productieve, positieve inbreng gaat worden, en dat dan ook vieren.

In deze documentaire heeft men het over de federal income tax in America die unconstitutional is en hoe men geen wet kan vinden waarin staat dat men inkomstenbelasting moet betalen.

Enkele (misinformerende) videotjte en men DENKT reeds deskundig te zijn t.a.v. de Amerikaanse Constitutie waar in Amerika letterlijk alle aan getoetst kan worden, en daaaarom dus ook als een zeer belangrijke rechtskundigige specialiteit wordt uitgeoefend. Further, unbeknownst to most America Citizens as well as all those who mistakenly declare themselves to be "U.S. citizens", when a child is born in America, what happens is that the original birth certificate is sent to the U.S. Department of Commerce as proof of the birth.
Uh-huh. You read that correctly.
The U.S. Commerce Department then pledges a portion of the new born’s future earnings, to the tune of $660,000 USD, which is the expected windfall that the new born infant will typically pay in federal income taxes over their life. The birth certificates are used as collateral and pledged to the IMF and the Federal Reserve Board(FRB). NOTE: The FRB is a private corporation whose shares of stock are closely held and owned by international bankers. The Fed is not the US federal government.
Ask your self, how come you don’t have the original document of your birth certificate? Or your children’s birth certificates?
And if you write to the Dept. of Vital Statistics for your home state, and send them the money to get a birth certificate, what you will get is a certificate that certifies that it is a copy of the original of what is on file with the state.
Hmmmm. But where, pray tell is the original birth certificate, and how come the parents of the new born child are not given this important legal document?
Do a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the US Commerce Department and wait and see what they say in response, when you ask them for a certified, authenticated copy of your birth certificate. You just may be startled by what you learn.
Ya gots to wonder, what in the world is the U.S. Commerce Department doing with your birth certificate?? Hmmmm, what might be going on here? Hmmmmm.
And these facts go a long way towards understanding why the US Government instituted the Enumeration at Birth Program, whereby the US Government bribes participating hospitals to get the parents of new born children to complete an SS-5 Form to apply for a social security number for the new born infant before the infant leaves the hospital. Strange but true.
Typically, when the happy parents are being processed out of the hospital, they are inundated with a bunch of paperwok, now the happy parents just want to get the infant home and start their new lives together, so the parents are vulnerable and most blindly sign all of the forms presented to them by the hospital staff.
Like an effective cattle rancher who brands new born cattle at birth, the US Government much prefers to brand new born infants with an indentifying number at birth, so they can keep better track of their child, who is, for all intents and purposes, an asset of the government.
If having a social security number were required by positive law, than one would not have to complete an SS 5 Form, but instead, the number would simply be assigned at birth, and this is simply not how it is.

Again, most Americans have been purposefully misled, miseducated, and lied to by their incredibly corrupt and corrupted federal and state goverments, into thinking that one needs a social security number to live and work inside the USA and to open a bank account, and this also simply is not true.
I have several bank accounts, one in Nevada, one in California, and one in Massachusetts, and none of them have a social security number attached to them and none of the interest income is reported to the federal government.
If you are an American Citizen and you wish to open bank account without using a social security number, all you need do is understand that you are a non-resident alien of the U.S., which is the status of all those born on non-federal land inside the USA, and then simply fill in and submit to the bank, an IRS Form W-8BEN, and presto, you will have opened a bank account with no social security number. And if it is an interest bearing account, you will earn interest tax free and no annual reports will be submitted to the IRS showing how much interest you earned. It is far easier than most think that it is, although it is true that misinformed bank employees will often resist accepting that one is a non-resident alien. They often think that non-residnet aliens are born outside the USA, and that is not true.
When you open a bank account in the USA, the bank tries to trick you, the new bank account applicant, by presenting a signature card in front of you which they innocently ask you to sign, and on that signature card is an affidvait which they want you to check off and admit under oath that you are a so-called "U.S. person", and when you declare yourself to be a "U.S. person" on the affidavit that is innocently called a "bank signature card", you create the rebuttable presumption that you are in fact the property of the U.S. Government.
They own you. And you are forced to worship the federal government by paying tribute to them.
And according to the USA Constitution, Article 4, Section 3, Clause 2, the US Government is permitted to make all needful rules and regulations concerning their property. And rest assured, they do. They most certainly do.
Ohhh, whatever shall we do when martial law is declared in America?

[5] Ondanks deze constitutie blijken allerlei bedenkelijke wetten, zoals de U.S. "Patriot" Act (met de bevoegdheid voor de federale overheid om ongelimiteerd mensen te kunnen oppakken en afluisteren) te kunnen worden ingevoerd en ten uitvoer te worden gebracht. De detenties zonder vorm van proces in Guantánamo Baai gaan nog steeds door. Volgens mij is het middel hier erger dan de kwaal.
De moraal van het verhaal: hier in Nederland zit een corrupte elite, dit is bekend. Het is naief om te denken dat een dergelijke elite niet bestaat in de Verenigde Staten en dat deze elite er niet alles aan doet om haar macht te vergroten.
